Where are the taxis? Helen Flanagan (right) and her friend struggle to find a taxi on London's Oxford Street
She's one of Coronation Street's top pin-ups with a footballer boyfriend on her arm.
But down-to-earth actress Helen Flanagan showed she can still 'slum it' as she took a night bus home yesterday.
After a night of club-hopping at Mahiki and Chinawhite in London with a friend, the 20-year-old soap star found herself struggling to find a taxi at 3.30am on Sunday morning
Now where did I put my Oyster card? Flanagan and her friend board the N73, terminating at Walthamstow
Away from her usual stomping ground of Manchester, Flanagan didn't have her usual trusty cab number to hand.
After failing to hail an available taxi, she and her friend ended up jumping on an N73 bus going east towards Islington - hopefully passing her hotel along the way.
Unlikely to have an Oyster card, the actress, who plays Rosie Webster, would have had to pay the new £2.20 cash fare.
Take me home: Flanagan decided to hang out in the wheelchair and buggy area
Or if she was lucky enough to have a bus driver who was a fan of Corrie, perhaps he would have waived the fare.
Dressed in a beige skirt, pink sweater and Christian Louboutin heels, Flanagan looked in high spirits as she chatted to her brunette friend.
Hopefully, the pair didn't fall asleep on the bus like so many other late-night revellers and end up in Walthamstow bus garage, where the bus terminates.
So where's this bus taking us? Let's hope Flanagan's friend was a Londoner and knew where she was going
Despite her enviably slim figure, Helen insisted her busy lifestyle - and not a diet - was the reason behind her recent weight loss.
She said last month: 'I don’t know how much I’ve lost because I don’t own any scales, but I think I’ve just been so busy filming that the weight has come off without too much effort.
'I still worry about what I eat at times, but my life doesn’t revolve around it. Work and my personal life are far more important.
Pricey: Despite her expensive Christian Louboutin heels and Chanel bag, Flanagan decided to rough it on the bus
'Being happy is far more attractive than obsessing about yourself. I don’t want girls to think that all celebrities are perfect, because we’re not.'
In the interview, Helen also talked about her burgeoning romance with Swansea City footballer Scott Sinclair, 21.
The couple have been dating just under a year but besotted Helen has already got his name tattooed on her left thigh.
She gushed: 'I got the tattoo of his name done in the summer and I absolutely love it. I’ll never, ever regret it. I love Scott to bits and I’m very happy.'
