For years, Jennifer Aniston has maintained a dignified stance on the subject of her love rival Angelina Jolie.
But her new best friend Chelsea Handler isn't showing the same restraint.
The comedian launched a foul-mouthed tirade against Brad Pitt's partner during a stand-up show in Newark, New Jersey, over the weekend.
'She's a homewrecker, she is,' the 35-year-old said.
'She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to,' she said of the actress, who has three adopted children.
'I don't f***ing believe you. She gives interviews, "I don't have a lot of female friends." Because you're a f***ing c*** ," she continued.
'You're a f***ing b***h!'
The comic, who dates rapper 50 Cent, previously expressed her disdain for Angelina in her 2008 book, Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea.

But her loyalty to Team Aniston has quite clearly intensified after bonding the the star herself.
The host of E! network chat show Chelsea Lately formed a friendship with Jennifer after she appeared as a guest on her programme earlier this year.
And Chelsea and Jennifer, 41, spent the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday together in the resort town of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Angelina, 35, and Brad, 46, initially denied they'd had an affair while the actor was married to the Friends star.
But in recent years both separately admitted they fell in love on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith in 2004, months before his break-up.
Brad and Jennifer split in January 2005 after five years of marriage.
The actor now has six children with Angelina; Maddox, nine, Pax, six, Zahara, five, Shiloh, four and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
